| This almost looks like a painting on a building wall or something. Interesting to look at. A bit too much for my concept of fill the frame, yet a good image none the less. |

great shot, I like the processing, but it doesn't quite make it for me in terms of the challenge. Really too much going on although I'm sure you could make a case for "fill the frame" with the street scene or the entire restaurant. I think this would do well in another challenge - although I've not had the greatest tract record for meeting challenges myself :)
5 (would be a 7 or 8 in a different challenge)
