There is another example of this in the challenge, so the unfortunately the originality is diminished.
However, this is better executed and the focus is superb as I can see the grain of the wood in the match.

| Very good use of negative space... we all know how tiny and useless a match seems in a big dark place, and you caught that feeling well. Just enough light to illuminate the fingertips and nothing else! Very mysterious and spooky. |

| Good shot in darkness. A little soft on the focus on the matchstick itself, but that could be the product of heavy lighting at the flame blowing out other highlights. |
