 On the trip to Lake Titicaca the train stops at a rather surreal place called La Raya - which is the highpoint of the pass at around 4200m above sea level. So i took the opportunity to do some "bothering" as my travelling companions started to call it when i was taking pictures... in this instance i was "Train Bothering".

I say surreal because there is nothing else in sight and only really one track. No reason for a station to be there really.


Anyway, this is probably my favourite shot from the months snapping and was one of the first shots i took after my camera´s auto exposure metering broke! So this was manual 100%!

Great contrast, over sharpened though. Easy on the sharpening and the sky is over saturated for my tastes. This composition is very nice !

I like how there is a strong foreground, middleground, and background elements. Love the blues. Good shot.
