 This was a REAL pain to set up. Cables are not friendly in general and they don't like to pose. I had to cut out a wood frame and used lots of tape to keep the cables somewhat organized.

Ufortunately, I ran out of time for shooting and had to settle for just a couple of shots. This is what I ended up with, but I would really have liked to play with the lighting more and fine tune a few cable positions.

Quite an assortment you have there. :) As a photo it's a bit static and kind of cluttered. The right side of this wanders off to the top right with a slight curve. This throws off any sense of order. The assortment would be better displayed in a photo also by aligning the focal plane of your camera with the items (you're coming in at an angle). A bit more light to make it bright and shiny would also help, along with more contrast. All JMO of course. :P Good luck in the challenge.
