I like the desaturation that helps to make all the cars look mostly the same.

I think it would be nice if we could see more of those red stop lights.
I like the perspective, the dof and the fact that looks almost b/w.

I really like the diagonal composition here. Maybe a bit dark but still a vvery good shot.

wow! a very proffesional looking photo, love the effect of the darkness contrasting with the red. Not quite sure how it shows speed (or lack of it)maybe you should have made it clear in the title.Very good photo though and it gets my vote :-)
