Challenge: Working Without a Net (Basic Editing)
Camera: Fujifilm FinePix S3 Pro
Lens: Sigma 15mm f/2.8 EX Diagonal Fisheye for Nikon
Location: Felda Fl
Date: Aug 25, 2007
Aperture: 2.8
ISO: 400
Shutter: 1/2 sec
Galleries: Rural, Self Portrait
Date Uploaded: Aug 28, 2007

Just me, at work in the top of a 30 ft tall silo.
Shot with a fisheye and self timer set at 20 sec, camera on a tripod.
After the challenge; Thanks everyone. I certainly didn't expect 4 10's on this image. I actually forgot to refocus, as I had the camera almost on the floor when I shot this. That's why it is a little soft focused. It was about 130 degrees F up there and I didn't want to shoot it again.
Thanks again to all for the votes and comments.

Interesting shot but it's a tough angle. On the bright side, the lines leading in are really solid

This shot could be quite deceiving. He could be 100ft high for all we know, or he could be a 10ft ladders length from the bottom. Still, it is a fitting shot for this challenge. As for the shot, plenty of lines however, unfortunately not a lot to grab my attention. Hope you do well though. 6

Nice angle, just that the subject is not that clear.

Sure fits the challenge and is a great shot of this unusual ceiling. Unfortunately, the worker is barely visible. I wonder if a closer crop would help, though you then lose some of the feeling for the danger! ...a tradeoff that even a longer lens wouldn't help. Nice shot!

Them stretched out ladders are scary as all get out, anybody that's ever been on one definitely gets the risk. The ribs of the roof are very busy and really overwhelm your subject. A composition that gives more weight to the ladder and worker would help combat that.

Nice capture - Nice composition but the man gets a little lost up there and it looks a tad muzzy which may account for it being harder to spot the man.
