If you drive into the Yacht Harbor 'parking lot' and continue NE you'll see the Light Tower with a building further up the road. The road has a chain between 2 poles yet there is no access restriction so you can walk or bike to the end of the spit of land... It's a magical place indeed... take your fishing pole as well as your camera. I'll edit this with a good link soon"
