 For this challange I went hunting the internet for insparational sayings...and I cme apon this one. I mocked it up with an internet image. The shape of the boarder is my sad attempt at a cathedral silluette. I tried many different silluettes with varius spires, etc...but when scaled to 480x640, anything more detailed than this was too small, so I settled for a basic box with a dome on it. Then I went shooting piles of rocks...a prety boring subject. Did many different compositions, wide-angles and close-ups, in two different locations. I settled on this closeup since the green plants growing between the rocks gave some much needed color to the picture.

I know the picture is not the most interesting...but I hope I get some points for creativity on this one.

The photo is a bit bland particularly the lighting but it does connect well with the quote. Good layout. Not sure I like the green though.

Nice idea. I think your job, though, is to help us see that dream, by showing the rock pile in an interesting light. I think that the light here is too flat to encourage that dream.

the poster design is very distracting and although the quote is about a rock, the capture itself is noo all that interesting.

Clever design and good typography. The image needs a bit more contrast and I think the margin is a bit tight at the bottom.

Although the photo could be a little more dynamic, I really like the font and the way you cut the frame to look like a cathedral. 8.

mediocre shot that comes to life through clever framing. typeface is a bit too bold and not "dreamy". text looks a bit stuffed at the bottom
