| Very nice job! Great color, and the photo just 'looks good', you know. Great control of the natural lighting, you did well. He seems to have a nice, warm personality, and you captured it, it comes out in the image nicely. One minor thing, if you wanted a suggestion to try for slight improvement, there are catchlights there in his eyes, but they seem 'small', maybe trying for a reflector to catch a little more, or even a strategically placed light, or diffused flash or something, just to get a little more catch light. Oh, and working with glasses, can be easy to catch glare and unwanted reflective spots, you've avoided well. I think, for headshots, framing like this (cutoff) work fine, this is a very nice shot, great job :-) |
