cut out two holes in my BG, made his hands dirty and wrapped the chain around him.
lighting is a flash from the left with snoot.

You have asked 'what you could have done better'. This is my personal view. This photo is very good photo. I could not think of any flaw in it. Very good.
There is just a small problem, it does not motivate me (enough)
and probably this is the reason it did not score higher.

ps: My own photo was not good in this challenge. But I was not serious towards this challenge.

the shadows of the chain on the background distract for the power of the image. nice concept though.

I think you theme would go better with someone who was more clearly breaking free. Very nice arrangement of visual elements.

I think the text on here is too big. You have a good picture but it just doesn't look right for some reason.

Nice shot. The ellipsis really reduces the impact of the sentence. What's wrong with a period?
