 This was taken with a Pentax 50mm lens that was placed in a pringles can for extra magnification.

The needle is smaller in diameter than a paper clip at about 1/25 of an inch and is lying on a pincushion.

Not much bokeh here if any. The lighting is not working in your favor here. MAcro shots really need technical perfection to have impact.

I think this is a great idea but the picture is out of focus so everything is just blurred together.
