 Simple portrait of Grandpa, who stopped by for breakfast this morning. I love morning light through the window!

PS - He's actually my Dad - we've just been calling him Grandpa for so long because of the kids, the name stuck. :-)

Great shot- lighting, pose (actually lack of pose- very natural looking) and tack sharp- B&W really adds character. Great photo

Wonderful portrait and your right, that morning light through the window is awesome! Geat tonal range too. I love his expression and the great catchlights in his eyes. Very well done! His expression and the light is so great that the window isn't distracting for me at all...

Cool portrait and I like the matter-of-fact expression. The lighting and skin textures are right on but I do find the light on the right hand side of the photo a bit distracting
