taken in a park, I had my model stand in the light from the sun. then with a slow shutterspeed release the shutter and slightly zoom in and out.

not much PP:
duplicate layer>gaussian blur>overlay
noiseware
slight burn on the edges
cloned out a small stripe formed by a sign that was in the way

Very nice use of zoom blur or a photoshop filter (can't tell which it is), and the out of focus lady gives it a nice focal point. 9

I like the zoom effect combined with either filter or gel on glass, I'm guessing? The lighting is very effective here. Nicely done.

Very interesting. At first, I did not like the zooming effect, but it does a great job of drawing the view to the mysterious lady in the background. Moving up to a 9.
