| Very nice use of zoom blur or a photoshop filter (can't tell which it is), and the out of focus lady gives it a nice focal point. 9 |

| I like the zoom effect combined with either filter or gel on glass, I'm guessing? The lighting is very effective here. Nicely done. |

| Very interesting. At first, I did not like the zooming effect, but it does a great job of drawing the view to the mysterious lady in the background. Moving up to a 9. |
