Very little pp changes :
Cropped the tower to the side.
Fixing white and black
minor softening
minor sharping
little more saturation and little more contrast

I think this is very well done. It's one of the few here that truly look like impressionism to me. Good luck!

I'm not fond of the effect on this image. It has turned the focal point into a large yellow spot with a red pointy hat.

I don't normally admire moving zoom shots, and I can't even be sure that is actually what was done here...but I do know I love this shot. The color, the movement and comp...also makes a darn fine abstract.
