| Nicely composed and the effect has been applied well. I wish the woman with the yellow bag...didn't have the yellow bag...it's a bit distracting. At the very least, tone it down a tad. |

| I am not sure of what I should look at here, there doesn't seem to be a main subject. A tighter crop might have made it work better. It might also be all the backsides are the subject. |

| I can see the every day life here represented in impressistic work, and the photo somewhat resembles a painting in style, but there isn't anything that really captures my attention. Maybe an interesting angle or using the water fountain as a central point of interest would have helped. |
