| WAUW!!! I love this!! I really like the white scarf on the girl, it makes for perfect contrast. Love the composition of her underneath the tree and the other trees in the bg! great shot :-) |

I agree with BeckyT, you have broken some of the rules and made me love it for its emotion. Who cares if it has a "tree growing out of her head" or blown sky. The impact of this shot is just awesome. Like Becky said the tones really make the subject pop. As a side note, I'm not knocking anyone else's opinion about distractions, it just has enough emotion for me that it overcomes them.

| Nice portrait- it would be a bit better to move her away from the tree, it is a bit distracting in the background. |

| Oh My Gosh this is soooo emotive it gives me the goosebumps and I am not just saying that. The tones you have achieved here just make this photo pop. What a great idea to put a white shawl around the girl and have her stand in front of a dark tree off to the rule of thirds. Then the DOF just adds further impact. Wonderful. |
