| A little brighter and a little more contrast would help this. I like the colors and arrangement, but it lacks zing. |

I so wanted to take a shot similar to this, drove out an hour and a half to Banff to get every colour of rock candy they had only to have to work when I got back and not enough time to shoot it :( great job on the back lighting and the entire scene in general, kicking ya up another notch :)

| interesting idea by lighting the rock candy from underneath - but the top of the image seems so dark. I almost think a square crop on the lower part of the image would come off better |

| I saw this candy in another shot as well. I have no idea what it is, but they look like little gems to me. nice backlighting. |
