Ohmygoodness!!! This is one of the most awesome kitty photos I've ever seen. . .and there have been some good ones on dpc, haven't there! What an incredible composition -- and your processing is FABULOUS!!! 10!!!!

Oh, way too cute! Great processing and I'm in the "yes" column on that border. It makes a total composition out of this appealing image. |

The cat's face is magnetic. The only thing I not sure about is the frame. |

You have cats at work?! how lucky are you! This is a superfine portrait, perfect processing, too. |

Wonderful. The frame suits it perfectly. His downturned whiskers and expression make for a priceless capture. |

It looks like he's popping his head out of a mouse's hole! (Like the ones you see in cartoons where it's a nice little arched "doorway" on the wall). lol
Very cute, I like the editing you used too. The border is A+ |

Thanks guys :)
Pam, with this shot I did a normal b/w conversion using channel mixer. It looked a little flat, so added a layer, filled it with a radial gradient of warm browns, changed the layer mode to colour burn and reduced the opacity of that layer to where I liked it. Would also have worked to have played round in colour balance or variations.
