 Same series as yesterday's poppy. Tough copping decision here so I'm
presenting both versions. This one features just the poppy and the bees.

Edited to add this is a bright red poppy taken in early morning sun. The center was yellow, with a yellow rim underneath it, and the rest a screaming red.

Of the two versions I prefer this one. The focus is squarely on the poppy here where as my eye wandered to the buds on the other version.

OOOHHH! Soooo very nice! I love the silky look of the petals and the "glowing" heart. I prefer this crop to the other one but I would have cloned out/cropped in tighter on the left to get rid of the stalk we see there. The rest is just magical. I love poppies!

Interesting sheet and texture in the white part of the petals. Was this a multi-colored flower?
