Title is perfect. I like that you captured his expression as almost somber, downcast - probably not an easy thing to have done. Very effectively framed.

Damn, I got so disgusted with this challenge that I didn't give ribbons. But if I had stuck it out, I would have given ribbons to you, colorcarnival and JuliBoc, all Team Suckers! This photo works so well with the title.

the focus on the face is really good. i think you did a good job with b/w conversion here - but I really think candy comes off much better in color

nice capture, a tad blurry in the foreground but I know how hard it is to work with kids as I have a son that's almost 4 :)
