Welcome to the United States of Candyland. My other title was "For Richard Stans".

This will do really badly, but my sweet tooth is satisfied.

I bought the stars in a hobby/toy shop up the road near the zoo. They have candy bins where you can fill different size cups with your choice of candy. The next day I went to the department store which has a really cool candy shop (it also stocks toys; go figure). I just needed to find something that would do for the stripes, and they had lots of different flavour Milk Cakes.

So, candy stars and Oshidori brand Milk Cakes, plain and cherry.

The stripes aren't meant to be pure white and pure red.

Oh, and I don't find it very patriotic as I'm not an American. ;-Þ

Creative! This doesn't "shout" CANDY to me because the off-white stripes look like cheese and I have no idea what the reddish stripes could be. It's not an altogether harmonious color palette, either. Yet I really like the final effect and will certainly give this an 8 or above.

Nice idea, but the yellowish color doesn't work well. The stripes should be bright white.

Very patriotic, but the colors seem just a little flat in the red and white.

The only thing this needs is for the whites to be less yellowish. Otherwise it is great!!

Very patriotic, too bad no white stars were on hand. Creative use of the candy motif.
