I like this, and while I think the barcode side might not have been my first choice either, I do think all that script writing was worth getting in the shot - it's very cool and adds to the feel of age here. Very nice lighting as well. I like how the neck of the bottle picks up just a bit of the light so it stands out.

Nice still life image. Couple of suggestions, some slight side lighting from the right would give the bottle a little more form. Also, why did you shoot the barcode side of the bottle?
