This was shot in some deep shade with the 85mm. I bumped ISO to 1600 and opened up the lens as far as it could go to get hand holdable shutter speed. The grain is actually from photoshop though, not high ISO as I wanted a grainy look. I wished I had shot 1 stop down though because I would have liked the wire to be a little more distinguishable.

I love this shot. I think the grainy look adds to it. Nice tones to. I like how the main focus of the barbwire is off to the right and the rest disappears.

The more of your stuff I see the more I like. I really like the simple subject, super shallow DOF, type images. I've done a few but think I need to do more.
