Taken on a short photo trip with my daughter. I was photographing the leaves up close with a big aperture for a good bokeh, suddenly the sun came through the skies for only few seconds and I got this shot - I forgot to change the aperture or didn't have time, but with 17mm I got away with f/4.
I had taken a similar frame before but the light was a bit flat without the harder sunlight.

This is art, WONDERFUL landscape. The flowers in the foreground paired with the road/river curving in the background is just fabulously put together. I love this!

A litle too much saturation of the yelllow plant. It is overpowering the rest of the picture. Maybe if there was a little more purple in the sky it would help. I would have tried some color gradient layers with this one.

Beautiful composition! The colours work well, too. Kind of forboding at the same time, though.

Looks like a desolate place. For me, the burst of yellow adds interest and color contrast. Good natural lighting too.

Thank god for the rioting shrub in the foreground.
It anchors this image and brings out the range and depth of this vast, rugged land. The variegate greys of the sky provide drama, the interplay of light and shadow contributes much the same on the irregular land forms and the mossy greenery covering it.

The stark emptiness of the region speaks very clearly and serenely here, without any discernible evidence of man, except for the diminishing 'S' of a country road loosing itself to the hills.

I've never had the fortune to experience this part of the planet and appreciate the opportunity to view it as much as the care and manner of the photograph.

Interesting landscape and decent processing. Yet as I look at it a bit longer I am left with a longing for something else in the image. Something a little more long lasting. It just feels a bit empty the longer I look at it but still overall pleasing.
