 Ok; so we are returning an old home to it's former glory and in one of the clothes closets I discover this, and to my surprise as we removed the walls it was also under several layers of wall paper. You can bet that this was designed by a man ( one with a very low opinion of women no doubt ) I couldn't stop laughing.The fact that someone in their right mind would design this let alone purchase it and hang it on their walls. It sure shows us how people thought in the dirty thirties. We concluded that it must of been the thirties because the newspaper they used for insulation was from 1930.

an excellent wall paper..... very funny. I have done a few renovations and often when I uncover a gem like this I save a section and frame it. I just love the repeating overall pattern of wall paper.
