Yep, that's the dude or gal. Haven't identified which kind it is, yet. :)
There are these kinds which have a green upper body, yellow mid portion and a blue tipped tail. That would be cool to find.
Edited to add: This seems to be a male. Latin name: Enallagma cyathigerum
