This just reminded me of the rule of third lines (they aren't perfectly on them though). The weed was included just because it divides the photo in the center which breaks the rule :)

This is so cool --the tule of thirds in nature. :) Love the composition and framing.

Wow! Neat find! From the thumbnail I was thinking you had put the lines thru the image. I really like the composition & the detail on the weed is very nice.

Rules are made to be broken, and you've done it so well!

I love the breaking of the rule. Great tones all around. Great idea having the weed in the center of the composition.

Nicely framed! The back ground adds a great dimension, and the black and white tones are nice!

Nice shot. The bright fencing definitely adds to the shot, and the fact that it looks like rule of thirds display, but is not is just a bonus.

I like the lines, but (for me) I would like to see the lines just horizontal and vertical. Why don't skip just a line and get a real rule of thirds? Think the spider web doesn't really works here.

But, after all the complaints, I think this is really a nice shot. Good constrast and good DOF.

Yes, nicely framed and great use of dof creating a bokeh effect. Breaking rules often creates the best shots.

This is cool - selfmade framing! Looking at the thumbnail, I thought you did some digital art there. Perfect DOF.
