 A bit cheating 'cause ofcourse there is no snow in september ;-)

came across it on my computer and i just like it.

it's a converted HDR shot.

Excellent. Love stark contrasts between tones but still the shot doesn't have the harsh feeling of a high contrast scene. Good job on the snow too, just enough motion blur to give it life.

Works great in B/W. Beauty of side challenges it allows you to experiment more, which includes cheating. Nicely done.
