First I thought it was a spider web, but now I think it's a reflection in the water. Beautiful anyway.

Dirty sensor or something in from of your lens? Actually, what it really reminds me of is the star dust slides (not sure if it's still going on, but there was a site that had the public checking through slides for potential images of dust from outer space - the flecks remind me of it!)
