The title explains the photo in this case, on it's own, I would have wondered what this was about. I think perhaps I would have appreciated more if I saw some part of the dashboard or perhaps the wheel. IMO It needs something to "anchor" it.

this is just a blurry pic of the sky, through a rainy windshield.

one must ask - WHY would i wnt to look at this? I get no answer, so without a reason to look, there is no reason to have taken this picture.

Strong compositional elements like brush strokes inviting the eye to roam th whole piece. The picture moves and flows into the "v" at lower right. Soft muted colors with spots of intensity add to the interest.
