These are not shadows, but rather a silhouette of the moving body parts. Using the flash, only the moving parts, captured when the flash was already off, left the apparent "shadows".

The shadow behind her makes it look like she is in front of a flat backdrop.I didn't find it very appealing in general. |

The harsh flash/lighting detracts from the image for me. I do like how you caught her in mid-air like that though. |

Bright colours! I guess you used a flash, that has created some movement which looks like shadows and for that reason she looks like she was pasted onto the photo, or photographed against a fake background. |

Cool colors, but the blur is not pleasant and there is a good amount of noise all around. Has a feel of a quick snapshot yet with cool colors. |

Not sure the drop shadow adds to this shoot... makes it confusing with the background. |

too centered, too noisy, too motion-blurred. if at least she was looking at the camera and the two persons at left edge were cropped off, this could be more than a below-average snapshot. |
