A very small rotation to level the horizon with a little crop to fix the edges from the rotation. And also a small level adjustment.
The shot was taken at about 1:00 pm with an overcast sky.

It looks like he's pondering. Good use of the rule of thirds. I like the natural lighting as well.

Nice seagull photo, I think on these simpler images using the rule of 3rds will result in a higher score (from personal experience).

Simple shot. Wish it was processed a bit heavier. As it is it has a bit of a flat feeling to it.
