 Shot with a cheap plastic shower cap over the lens. Post processing: crop; levels; B&W adjustment layer in normal blending mode, reduced to 21% opacity; curves; Neat Image; resize and add border.

Ha...clever trick with the shower cap. You certainly are a resourceful one. There's something about this that really draws me in. I'm thinking perhaps it's the glowing warmth in the color tones, combined with the delicacy of the leaves. Beautiful image.

Interesting way to create the soft focus. Love the light gold glow. The eucalyptus looks almost painted in - very pretty!

nice leading lines in the shot, but I do not think that adding a slight blur after the fact in editing helps the image at all. The soft focus should be natural, and something in the shot should be in focus. 5
