Nice tones again, but the butterfly could be a bit sharper or maybe a different crop to present it a bit bigger in the frame. |

Like the sedate background a lot -- not busy but has just enough of a pattern to be interesting. See previous comments by others regarding the foreground. |

In a way, I find this refreshing. By having the butterfly somewhat distant it gives the viewer a feeling of being there and having scared off the butterfly. Compositionally, this feels a tad off balance. I want to shift everything right into that open space and give the butterfly more room on the left. :) |

Don't choose difficult subjects, do you? This is a nice picture. I like the grass springing from the bottom of the frame. Unfortunately, it looks like the butterfly is slightly OOF, and there isn't much contrast between the flower and the background. Couldn't you position the butterfly closer to the flower? ;-p |
