| I could tell from the thumb that this one is exquisite. Very nice! The gentleness of the way thje blossom just lightly pushes the surface tension is a nice touch. Love the interesting half and half lighting as well especially with the shadow cast onto the water. 7 |

| I love the "complimentary color" usage to this shot. I'm just wondering if you're getting a lot of comments about it not being "soft enough"???? I've found that DPC voters take the challenge descriptions quite literally and unless you've followed it to a "tee", they're not going to give it a fair shake. Hope this isn't the case with this one because it's a really lovely shot! |

| a very good flower shot that I would have rated 8 or 9 in a different challenge. really like colors, lighting and the crispness - but that's what makes it fail to meet the challenge |
