 used Gaussian blur and added border with photoshop 5.0 limited (man I hope I did this right) and then resized.

Looks a tad bit out of focus and the border is very distracting. Nice idea though.

Excellent theme and execution.....a little too soft for my persxonal tastes, but that in noway hinders its ability to have met the challenge with aplomb. 7

Composition: Subject Placement, Cropping, Background good,
Technical: Focus, Exposure: good, dont like the frame colour
Appeal:lovely soft colour, good focal point tells a story
