For me, the lighting is a little harsh. I like your idea, title and use of black & white though.

Cute subject, but it's a bit lost in translation. I think the image is too 'soft', needed a more steady hand or tripod. The slant of the fence is distracting.

I like the bottom half of this photo more than the top half. The top doesn't seem to be in focus but I really like the textures on the bottom.

Great idea and nice b/w conversion, but I'm not sure the execution works for me.

A bit too boring of an image to garner a high vote from me in the FS. Just kind of flat and uninteresting.

I likethe light striking the fence. A little sharper might give the woodgrain some more punch.
