 Set 30D on a tripod and took a long exposure shot of my monitor. Set this shot up and shot it with my 350D.

Taken very quickly using a couple of wirless triggered flashes, bounced off the ceiling one left and one right of the camera. Getting shouted at by the wife to stop messing around and help look after Charlie (2.5 Yrs)!
Once on the PC, I could see the focus was off slightly _ sharpest spot is not on the screen, as intended, so this will probably bomb!

Shot in JPEG (By mistake, as a result of rushing!)

Cropped, added a Bright/Contrast & Levels Layer to get the Screen looking as good as I could.
Copy of Background layer on top, with Layer Mask to expose the screen.

Border and sharpen.
Re-Size to 640px
Save for Web.

bravo! Excellent idea ...Of course the other shot for this title would have featured a little person inside the screen working at a little computer monitor...

haha. this is awesome. maybe you should upgrade to the 40D to get a bigger screen? you'd probably be able to spot edit easier.
