Cool location, love the grasses etc. Unfortunately the building is dwarfed by the perspective you've chosen. a lower point of view and cropping the backgroun horizontally at least would have been beneificial. Also a bit of dodging on the front of the building would have shown us the detail.

The photo is okay, but I guess I don't quite understand the title. I think the sepia tones work very well for what seems like a very desolate place. I guess I also wished there were just a bit more contrast to the very light colored grass, maybe a few more trees.

Very nice composition, I like that there is a lot to look at, from the shed to the trees to the old fence.
