I adore the one foot with splayed toes, the other with them clenched :-) SUCH a cat moment. |

He may be short...
But he'll kick your druggie cats butts any day of the week...

For one I would welcome a lazy cat...that is not bulimic. Our oldest cat, Monaco, walked into our lives back in January of 1995. So, that would make her about 13 1/2 or 14 years old by now. (We guessed that she was about six to nine months...or maybe a year old when she was "dropped off" on our dirt road.)
Anyhow, "Coco" as well like to call her now eats uncontrollably...snarfing down everything available, then spends the next half hour purging. (It has really gotten old...) We have tried feeding her separately from the other two cats knowing that if we feed them normally and feed her as though she was on a subsistence diet, then she will have a "progressive supper" every time she eats.
Yet, this still causes me to have to monitor the amount of water she gets right after eating or she still purges. Suggestions anyone?
Frankly, I never imagined that I would end up being a feline hospice nurse... :} |

There's just something about the bottom corner of the refrigerator and that right rear leg (and the word 'slothery') that speaks deeply to me. |

Absurdly comical. Perfect composition. That lighted area allowing for the shadow really makes the shot. |

Great eye for the absurd. Most good photos only evoke one emotion from the viewer, this one delivers two gut wrenchings - once for the brief second when the cat appears to be dead and again for the laugh after the truth is realized. Technically, you have made wonderful use of lighting to accentuate the "dead" leg with the strong "chicken leg" shadow. Wonderful photo. |

nice use of lighting, I don't think that the top and bottom halves add anything to this, I would have cropped it horizontally |
