Great Photo Lori. Your cousin reminds me so much of the pretty gal in the Shallow DOF challenge pic entitled "Natural Beauty." Good luck to you in future entries. |

and I thought I was the only fool who went around taking pictures of myself! You are very beautiful and you wear your expressive expressions well in your eyes. |

Nice approach to "letting go." Wonderful portrait shot -- I love the lighting and the angle of the shot. The DOF is just a touch short, giving me a mouth in perfect focus, but the eyes are just a bit soft -- not much, but just a touch. Still, not as distracting as the blurry, but not blurry enough left hand at the right edge of the photo and the mystery buttons in the lower left corner of the photo. I don't think I'd try to crop them out though -- this shot works better as a landscape oriented photo than if you cropped off both sides. Now that my nits have been picked, I'd still like to say, nice photo and well done. Kudos to the non-photographer who shot this image of the photographer, letting go. |

At first your image to me, was just of a female, but after reading the title, I think this makes much more sense that I originally thought. Excellent inner meaning! |
