 This is really a photo shot of an emergency sign in a hotel.
It was in a dark corridor and I stood on the stairs just in 1.5 m distance.
I cropped it in PS and adjusted it horizontal.
I did the colour adjustement, so that the green colour changed to black. In this way the white colour in the original photo changed to this wonderfull yellow and red.
Than I used NeatImage to soften the colour areas and made a border.
