 I don't usually eat ice cream for breakfast, but I do eat waffles and fruit. I thought the ice cream would add a nice touch so I put it on the fruit. And I did eat it! Not bad. But I don't think I'll do it for breakfast very often.

This is picture is mouth watering. If you had cool whip that may have added some nice contrast to the red. It is a little less yellow than the ice cream.

Ice cream, especially chocolate (though I wouldn't recommend that for your waffles) should be considered one of the recommended daily foods. :)

That would make a great dessert. I sometimes eat a breakfast waffle with sliced banana and walnuts. Anyway, you've made it all look very yummy.

Ohmygoodness. . . that looks awesome. If I ate that for breakfast, I'd be a slug all day! But ohhhhhhhhhhhh how I would love to!!!
