Actually the antennae have nothing to do with the stars, as far as I know they are just used for telecommunication.

But when I went by that place I thought it would fi the challenge anyway.

Increased the contrast with curves, removed some sensor dust (I have to clean that sensor!), and a little USM.

First I thought of showing more details in the dark areas, but then decided that the silhouette might be better.

Shooting from this angle creates an interesting effect, but another thought might be to see where the dishes are looking. Right now we are not looking where the dishes are looking and we can't see if there is anybody out where they are looking. Clearly they are for further away, but looking where they are looking gives a different approach.

Very nice sky, and silhouettes. Ideally, it would be nice to see the satellites facing the light source.

Cool idea and nice idea. I think a lower perspective might have included the whole dish in the sky gving it a bit better silhouette. there is also some sensor dust that could be cloned away to help clean up the sky.

contrails are distracting. colors are dull. doesn't do much for me.

I'm missing the challenge connection. The silhouette doesn't give enough form for the main subject and I also would probably have cloned out that jet trail.
