The color seems wrong, that is; the effect doesn't work to enhance the subject. |

I like the 1st person perspective. |

somehow I do not like the exposure control here...too many blown outs that could have been fixed under advanced editing rules. |

Very nice contrast and saturation. Nice and simple composition. Good shot overall. |

It was lunchtime and hunger pangs rumbled throughout her tummy so loudly that she frightened the group of local school children.
Realizing that she'd forgotten her lunch, she spotted an apple tree. Gently, she reached up into it's leaves and found the perfect one, red, ripe and plump with juice.
Plucking it gently from its branch, she found a spot to rest her weary legs and feet and bit down into its crisp skin. A little juice ran down her chin and onto the front of her once clean shirt.
At first, there was only one and she swatted the air gently to shoo it away from her now sweetly stained shirt but, soon the entire air around her was filled with a swarm of bees out after the sweet nectar that she'd accidently dripped down her shirt.
Swatting madly, hands in the air, screaming and shouting, she ran through the fields in circles, trying to escape their venomous stings but, to no avail. No matter how quickly she ran, or how fast she swatted, the swarm followed her.
In one last desperate attempt to save herself, she ran, screaming with arms flailing wildly past the hoard of school children and threw herself into a nearby pond. The children all gasped in total horror as she finally emerged several moments later from the swamp like water, picking out pieces of rotting weeds from her now almost green hair, feet covered in mud, no shoes and skirt wrapped above her head, exposing her less than thrilling, purple underwear.
The teacher who held charge over the now very frightened children, just stood shaking her head.
"That's the very last time we ever ask her to come help us on a school trip!" she muttered under her breath. |

photo doesn't work. color of apples don't pop and appear too blue on my monitor. OFF and brightness on arm is distracting |

I love the lighting on all the leaves, very soft. good composition, I would personally have bumped the saturation ont he apple a touch. |

The colors seem kinda muted, and the angle predictable. Still an okay shot, just doesn't do much for me. |
