and WOW again !!! .. this is a stunning photograph .. i love the way the flower looks just about like it has arms bent at the elbows .. the colouring of the flower is beautiful ... love the dark background, the contrast and the excellent crop .. :)

Very well composed shot. Terrific focus. Are those water drops in the stamen? Amazing. That is the type of thing that would look wonderful blown up!

That is a fascinating flower. Can't say I've ever seen anything like it! Very well photographed to show off its intricate detail, like the green fringes on the petals. Great score, and congrats on not only a new PB, but a second 6 in a row. That's not easy to do in these parts!

A beautiful shot of a beautiful flower. I'm guessing people dinged you a little for not having more within the DOF. I often crank the aperture down to F/8 or below for macros. Congrats on your new personal best!
