 This is the same stretch of railroad that I used for my "trains & railroads" entry and several mentioned the tracks don't appear to be used. Well, poor leaf can testify (if he weren't chopped in two) that they ARE used!

Rotation to straighten, crop, slight colour adjustment to enhance the reds/oranges, USM, levels, more USM, resize, yet more USM.

Interesting subject, I still can't tell if I like this shot or not. I don't really like the boring leaf, but I do because of the idea behind it being run over. I really love the lines in this shot obviously being formed by the track. I may need to come back to this one and rethink my rating. Nicely done either way.

Excellent. Good use of depth of field, just enough to capture all of your subject, but with enough detail in the background to place it all in context. Love the title.
