 Picture of a beautiful plant taken at the begining of the fall season...

As far as editing... nothing done.... picture as is...

Maybe I could have correct the few clear spots on the main stem but I didn't take a chance to be disqualified...

This picture is way underexposed. It is hard to make out what is really there. I'm not sure what your conditions where here so I don't really know how to help you brighten it up. Either open up your aperture or slow down your shutter speed. Maybe a higher iso, or set your camera to overexpose by a stop.

Like the concept....shows up just a tad dark on my screen, but then, isn't that always the problem? Different calibrations on different monitors. LOL

The picture seems to be a bit on the dark side and there is no real contrast between the plant the background.
