I like the eye clarity and the water movement. Ideally (or with more ps) you'd have more brilliant white but still scored you high :p

Nice look of the water in the background. A lot of his head is in shadows, don't know if that could be brought out any more or not. Otherwise, it's putting my own entry to shame.
