| Excellent image! So much texture. The DOF works very well too. I'm assuming it's a statue? I didn't even think of that at first because of the great composition and all the superb technicals. Great job! |

not bad for a close-up of a figurine. you almost fooled me - respect for that and one point added.
though this DNMC, I guess you will at least have a mediocre score - most voters unfortunately don't look close enough. |

| I love the tones and textures here. The DOF and distortion give it an added character that I like. Bumping after a closer look. |

| This is a nice shot of a REAL LIFE elephant. The focus is so sharp I can almost see the elephant breathing. You know what they say about elephants... They never forget! This elephant looks very intelligent. I might say bright even. Almost like a candle... |

Could this be a toy-elephant?
The wrinkles on his nose are very deep, his eye is too large and his ear looks as if it was sticked to the head....

| I've seen this shot quite a bit and I like that you didn't desaturate it. Although I wish the eye was in a more interesting place not dead center |

| I love this shot. The wrinkles in the trunk are so clear and add depth to the picture. Great composition. |
